#springwatch #nature This Water Rail was spotted outside the kitchen window pecking away at the grass by the willow hedge. There were two of them at the time and have been back a few times normally after heavy rain. Very special to be only a couple of meters away from such a beautiful bird. Does anyone know what they could be looking for in the lawn, is it just worms?
