The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

Your name, address, email and telephone number. This is for communication regarding the holiday you are booking. We also collect approximate age ranges, e.g. adult, child, infant. You will have a customer reference number. Our website uses cookies (see below)

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for communication during the booking process.

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you.

We may share this information with other third parties; this is for legitimate use only, to communicate the number and type of bookings we take to the Welsh Government for business rate or taxation purposes.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. Once a booking has been accepted we keep your email, address, social media contacts and telephone numbers indefinitely for legal obligation. If the booking is not accepted, we will delete your information after one year. We will then dispose of your information by deleting any digital records and shredding any paper information.
